At CHC, we know that our kids are the next generation of Christ-followers. Our children’s ministry is designed to be a fun, interactive and safe environment where kids can learn about Jesus and apply the gospel in a way that is relevant to their development. (Nursery – 5th Grade)

Kids are welcome beginning at 10:00am on Sunday mornings. They are always welcome to join in the first part of our Sunday worship where we will then show a slide indicating the children are dismissed to kids church.

0 through 2yrs old.

Christian Hills Church welcomes you and your baby to our nursery. Your child is special to us. It is our desire to minister to your child’s spiritual, physical and emotional needs. the nursery is for our little ones 0-2 years old. I like to call them our “soldiers in training” because at these beginning stages of life they are developing personalities, motor skills and even a spiritual relationship with God. This is why we surround them with a safe, clean and loving environment so they may learn just how much God loves them. The nursery is available Sunday mornings at 9:45am for our regular church service and Wednesday evening at 6:50pm for our midweek service.

3yrs (potty trained) through 5yrs.

We use the Orange First Look Curriculum  and everything we teach our preschoolers is based on one of three simple, but powerful, truths. The entire curriculum is constructed to meet your preschoolers where they are cognitively, spiritually, physically, emotionally and socially.  Through age appropriate activities, preschoolers are building their spiritual foundation so that by the time they graduate to Kindergarten they know these three basic truths.

Kindergarten through 5th grade.

We use the Orange 252 Basic Curriculum which is designed to provoke discovery and invite kids into a new understanding of how to grow in relationship with Jesus.  Everything we teach in 252 Basics is based on one of three basic, but powerful, truths modeled by Jesus in Luke 2:52.

We are so excited to have your child join us for Awana groups this year. Awana runs from September thru May. Below are the costs associated with your child’s group which can be paid at the classroom.

Cubbies – Preschool:
$21 includes uniform and handbook

Sparks – K-2nd Grade:
$21 includes uniform and handbook

T & T – 3rd thru 5th Grade:
$26 includes uniform and handbook

Wacky Wednesday is Kidtricity’s version of summer camp.  We go out on Wednesday day trips during the summer to get your kids out of the house, away from the video games and have tons of fun!!  All kids and parents are invited to come.   There are both free events and cheap events.  If you are interested in joining us, please take a look at the schedule and be sure to sign up for the events that you would like to attend by emailing me at kidtricity@christianhills.org.
